diy 24vdc regulated PSU. how?

I need 4 sets of 230v->24vdc PSUs, 70w min, 600mA min.
Anyone know were to buy those cheap? The alternative is to build them myself, but I don't know how. Please help...

if you can use a switcher, the PowerOne World designs are lightweight and efficient, can handle input voltages from 90 to 240VAC -- search in the Industrial section of EBay -- they usually go for $12 to $40. Unfortunately, shipping to Sweden will equal the cost of the supplies.

most of the vendors have a picture with the input voltage range -- some are US only (not the World series, btw) so look before you leap.

The specs really don't sing very well. 24 VDC, 70 W and 600 mA is a bit strange. 24 VDC and 70 W would be close to 3 A and the 600 mA would give something like 15 W.

Yup, those specs are totaly wrong. I found a nice store in the states though. I do not shop from Elfa. Unless there isn't an alternative, then maybe...
