i attach ltspice file and picture of simulation of schematics and photo. i cant see why it is not working fine and why is there distortion, thank you for your time.
distortion is present to half volume, after that no

i am actualy using other opamp, i put this as just to check simulation and different transistors. i use kta1046,ktc2026. device is actualy working but when under half volume it gives sound like very cheap cartridge would give, not sure how to explain it.my bet was bias diodes i have are slow.

This is not distortion, but oscillations. Check the LT1115 datasheet to learn about frequency compensation of this opamp.

Agreed. The device data sheet text says little about this, but the examples in it generally show networks hung off the compensation pins.

Groner's book says that this device is stable without compensation for gains >2, but this circuit looks like unity gain.

This is far from being the only op amp that needs external compensation in a circuit like this.

i dont have scope at hand an i cant be sure opamps does not oscilate. but my question is why this amplifier with kta1046 and ktc2026 ,ls404 opamp. in shematics like on picture up, produces sound similar to cheap turntable cartridge , vocal range has cheap sound to it .rest is fine and on high output it seems to fix itself little. sound is like when midrange speaker has metal dust gathered and when vibrates makes noise. can faster bias diodes be solution to this problem.
