There should be very little difference between grounds?

What's the resistance between the primary and secondary grounds (no RCAs plugged in)?

Recheck 5-8 on the first header and 4 and 5 on the other header.

Are the outputs in or out of the circuit?

What happened to the +12v on pin 5?

Ok so I have signal on ic102. The signal on pin 14 doesn't look right.

I dont know but I discovered this with the driver card out so. I believe the problem to be somewhere within the pre-amp circuit
