Display Time

This isn't really a problem, per say, but rather an annoyance. I've looked around the site, in my user controls, etc, and I can't find a way to change the time display on posts and other parts of the site FROM GMT to EST, which is the time zone where I live. Is there a way to personally set the time display for my viewing to EST and, if so, where is this setting?

From the menu bar at the top,
User CP -> Edit Options -> Date and Time Options

Thanks. I should have known that. Actually, I did know it, but it wasn't computing for some reason. I've used the user control panel before. Thanks again.
