That should work fine but:
1. It assumes the low frequency inductors have a lot of resistance and don't need any damping resistors.
2. Inductors at audio frequencies have a list of issues, so typical equalizers use active "gyrators" to simulate inductors. These are usually op-amp based but they could be a single transistor emitter follower.

Thanks, the question is: how to calculate the proper values for frequency, gain & Q for each filter?
I'm sorry but the calculator works reversed because I need to put the frequency & Q to know the capacitors, resistor & inductors and this calculator don't do this.
