directed d2400 goes to protection with subsonic Filter off

I'm looking thru amps i have here and this one does strange thinks
-amp will go to protection if i turn the subsonic off
-when in master mode audio output is low and if i adjust the gain up or down i can hear poping in the speaker
-when i slave mode the audio is louder but there is popping in the woofers when bass is hitting 😱

i have a good rail voltage and all op amps have both positive and negative voltage

Look at the DC offset of all of the op-amps. One (or more) likely have excessive offset.
