Diode help!!!

Good day all,
Plse help me where to find such a diode or a replacement. This is a gate controller board, the one diode is faulty, it seems to be a 25A component but I'm struggling with this one. The three SMD diodes at the right side bottom. FBL P121.

Going by the logo it looks like a STMicroelectronics diode and with a little bit of googling it seems it is a SMCJ18CA Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS). The diodes are probably there to protect the mosfets.

The product markings are on page 10 - FBL = SMCJ18CA (Bi-directional type)

I read a TVS usually fail short circuit but this one is open circuit.

Bond wire vaporized in that case. Suggests one or more MOSFET might be hard short, so check those too.
