I took measurements again and found that there is:
16.9v and 17v at the transformer secondaries
-20.6v at R51 and +21.1v at R52 from the rectifier diodes
at the other side of R51 -2v and R52 +15.4v
which then gives -1.5v at emitter of TR1 and +14.8v at emitter of TR2
Can anyone tell me what this means?
