Digital USB input

I need a S/PDIF input on my USB. I am looking for a cheap DIY solution.

I'm using the well known PCM2704 as S/PDIF output, but it has no S/PDIF input.

Quality is no concern.

Who knows a good IC or solution?

I believe the PCM2902 has SPDIF input.

I use the PCM2906. Provides both ADC and DAC to USB.
