hi.
the easiest way (as i see it) is to have a linear supply for the high voltages , like 2x60v dc- 500va for the 0103 board.
in addition you need a stabilized +5v supply and a stabilized +12v supply standing on v- , these are made (easiest) with another trafo (2x12vac) and a 7805 and 7812 ic.
