Anyone played with the new "Huntington Electric" 'audio Resistors'?
Digikey cat #c063 sept-dec 2006 (canadian version) pg #1405
The MRA5 and MRA12 series, non-inductive, non-magnetic, 1% tolerance constructed metal film resistors?
Inner element is Alumina ceramic, and apparently, likey deposited on top of that, is a nickel-chromium alloy. Axial construction
apparently in the $2.5 - $6 range each, and 5 and 12 watt versions.
MRA5 range is 0.22ohm to 10k, in about 10 values. MRA12 value range is 0.5ohm to 1k range, in about 20 values.
Could be ok. who knows.

the resistors aren't new, they're typically brand labelled as Mills, and are excellent quality resistors. They can also be had at Parts Connexion in a much greater selection, but if I recall they are cheapest at Digikey.
I highly recommend them.
