hi
With a parts list took on internet i order my aleph
resistor 1/2 watt 1%
exemple : PPC10.0KXCT-ND
but the resistors look very very small like 1/8 watt
is it normal or i must order other ?? or somebody with
same experience like me
thanks

Your example is a Phoenix resistor part#. I don't see a 1/2W value from the Phoenix list but if you're ordering for example a 1W/1.0k/1% it would be: PPC1D1.0kCT-ND and its body is about 10mm long and 4.3mm in diameter.
Believe it. They are Phoenix mini resistors. Panasonic also make some mini resistors in 1/8 and 1/4w size (also available from digikey).

hi Brian thanks for the datasheet
smaller with bigger watt it s new for me maybe these resistors
are very heat resist but become very hot also or it s a new
version of thermodynamic law 🙂
for aleph 3 i m right with all 1/2 watt except .47ohm 3 watt
or some resistor need more and have you pratical
experience with mini resistor

thanks for help Brian but if possible have you
a part number example for your aleph 30 panasonic mini resistor
maybe mouser or digi-key

I can do you one better.
Here is a downloadable spreadsheet for all the parts from DIYAmps.com (BrianGT's non-chipamp site).
Note that the part numbers (R1, R2 etc) do not directly corrispond to the NP schematic parts, but you can do the mapping. It has the Digikey part numbers for everything.
