How about filling a pvc tube with building foam (and let it harden of course) before cutting it?
Hi ICG,
the link works for me. Just go to the Home depot web-site and search for the tubes. They have different diameters and lengths.
Kindest regards,
M

After all that, then you find how much of pain it is to attach or glue PVC to wood. PVC doesn't like most glues and PVC pipe "glue" doesn't do anything to wood.
I've glued MDF to PVC using yellow wood glue.
I get an access denied error for whatever reason.
Google has been a mess/unusable for much of this day for me, so was getting a lot of super slow loading to 'not valid' links, but now is back to normal and ~instantly loading sites again.

When cutting plastics on a table saw, flip the blade around...this will also keep the material from cracking.

Well, Google got nothing to do with it. 'Access denied' comes from the server itself. And no, it still does not work for me, they likely have the page geo-blocked.
