what does the differential input voltage stand for or mean?
does it say example vcc = 8 and vss = -8
also does the input voltage is the max amout that will go in to + and - terminal???

Vcc and Vss stand for power supply voltages. Diff input stands for signal input voltages. It's just what it says: max diff input voltage that the amp can handle. Sometimes it is limit to break things ('abs max rating'), sometimes it is max at which it still works as advertised.
Vcc and Vss are similar: there is an abs max beyond which things may break, and a max or recommended operating Vss and Vcc (which may be a range of values, like 12-15VDC).

max diff input= the most difference you can have between +/- inputs before something breaks and lets out the magic blue smoke.
max vcc and vss= maximum power supply voltages on the power supply pins, usually expressed as max power supply voltage (the sum of +vcc and -vss) since many op amps can also be used from a single supply rail with a few extra resistors added between the supply rails and the inputs
