I went to my local DIY store (I work there anyway) and looked at the lightbulbs and the brightest they had was a big 400Watt one by Philips.. but it's only 3,000 lumens... I look here and I see 400Watt with 48,000 lumens?
anyway... if they are the same does anyone know a good lightbulb site in Europe (Netherlands preferably)
Thanks.

I found a site that sells 1000Watt lightbulbs 25000 initial lumens 🙂... guess the store I work in only sells "practical" lamps 😉
in europe the lumens is lux per foot, which is 10.67 times more than the US lumens which is footcandle per foot. So that 3000 lumens is probably over 30,000 US lumens.
thanks that explains allot, thanks....
I mean the higest lumens I could find after a evening of searching was 50,000 which actually would be 500,000 🙂
