difference between IRF9Z34n and IRF9Z34

I am looking at Vishay vs International Rectifier datasheet for both MOSFETs seems to suggest these 2 are suitable replacement for each other. Thoughts?

Consult the data sheet for each one...there are some slight differences between the two that probably won't matter in most applications. One thing I saw while just taking a quick glance was the threshold voltage minimums were a little different, which, again, probably won't matter.

The IR datasheet would be from back when IR was a separate company.
The Vishay datasheet is more likely to match current production
