Destiny 2 issue

Hello, I am new here and I have a problem with my integrated amplifier CREEK destiny 2: when switching on, 2 blue leds lits then a red led lits.

I am not comfortable with trying to fix this by myself. I will bring it to a professional.

I have seen in this forum that some of you had similar issues. My question is: how was it solved in your case?
