DEQ2496 consumer level analog board

I don't forget you but at this time I'm very busy with my job for one week or two again.

I tested the boards on my principal installation last week-end. Works very fine. No problem at all. The DEQ is still on. I just found a very small error on the PCB but will be corrected on the new batch. You can go there for the one who read French for my comments (http://www.homecinema-fr.com/forum/viewtopic.php?&f=1057&p=171898659)

I'll try to print 10 boards before my summer vacations but not sure as we should count 4 weeks to receive them.

yes and no, both units have digital outputs and those are also changed to analog outs and can be made balanced or single ended. THAT Corp has a lot of useful info try the 1500 series ,I have found those chips in a lot of high end equipment ,mostly studio mixers.
Look for Jan Didden article the greening of dcx2496,it has diagrams of the outputs and how he changed them. The ins and outs are the same on both deq's and dcx's. Schematics are on google for dcx,I haven't found the deq's they didn't let them out to the public.
I found alot on the web!

hi Pano,
I used THAT's 1512's for outputs, a lot of users have said they sound as good as a transformer,I basically used them for sound quality and also a integrated volume control,It sounds clear and not colored at all ,just a few parts ,and 6 volume controls,I was happy with that ,I did have to reduce inputs down but I also eliminated alot of parts in the process,I stayed all digital until the dcx outputs, I think I will journey on to other parts,I did combine the power supplies one supplies all (DEQ and DCX)and will do the clocks soon ,so every one will have it 's own bus and decoupling, ect.
Happy Listening,
