I'm trying to repair an old Denon AVR-A1 home theater amplifier.
So far, I've actually got the beast to power up, although 'protection' is shown.
The amplifier output transistors were s/c, which also blew the drivers too. Problem is that they are all obsolete as far as I can find... Neither RS or Farnell stock the main outputs or the others I need, and I even tried mouser and digikey.
Can any of these be replaced with more modern parts?
The main outputs are 2SD1975 / 2SB1317 Pair
Driver section
2CD2004 / 2SB1328 Pair
2SC3423
2SA1360
Misc
2SC1841
2SA970
2SB1328
Cheers,
Ben
