Definitive Technology ProSub 800 any good?

Picked up a ProSub 800 at a thrift store a while back. Does anybody know anything about these? I think they were meant more for AV use but I want to use it in my stereo system. Actually, I'm looking for a matching one also. These have a built in amp and are rated at 300 watt.
