Decware ZKIT2 Volume Potentiometer Deletion

I decided to build a Decware ZKIT2 triode mono SET amp and am going to build it with two of the mono PC boards in one chassis (Hammond HWCHAS1310BK). I’ll be using one Edcor power transformer (supports two boards on one transformer) and an Edcor output transformer for each board. I would like to delete the volume potentiometer(s) from the boards. I’m guessing that since the pot is 100K ohms that I would need to jumper the potentiometer trace with a 100K ohm resistor or perhaps it would take more than one resistor per board. Could someone please provide an in-depth answer as to how I can accomplish this? Additionally, if you have any other advice, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch!

Put a jumper (piece of wire) between the input trace and the potentiometer wiper pin.
Put a resistor of 10k-470k (up to you, 100k is fine, it determines the amp input impedance) between the new "input+wiper" junction and the ground.
You can do it like that, for example:

Thank you, TG. Would you know why a mono board like this has a space for two potentiometers? The recommended pot has six legs and there’s obviously space for two pots. I could understand if it were a stereo board but this makes no sense to me.
