How to I wind the coil? Could you give us some information about the coil? I copied your design to Eagle and I am making a PCB, once its ready I can give the board files and schematic for Eagle.
The zobel filter inductor can be rolled up anyway since it reaches about 2 to 3 HU, it is not critical and will only take effect if you use very long cables from the amplifier to the speakers ...
Sorry about the delay in responding friend, walked half away, returned now ...
mr renato, can i substitute mpsa42 for 2n5551 for speaker protect? is it ok?
Yes friend, if you can replace all the MPSA 42/92 by 2N5401 / 5551 without problems ok. Just not tested with them, but I believe that nothing will change in the sound. Just like most of the MPSA.
Sorry about the delay in responding ...

Another friend set up and made a video, below (thanks Bilbon):

Thank you for your kind reply! Do you know if coil width matters or it should just be 2 to 3?

2uH to 3uH or even less, this inductance is related to the length of the conductors that connect the amplifier to the speakers ... Usually this filter is not much use when we use well-sized cables, some projects do not use filter zobel.
Either way, use some thick pen as pan and wrap the coils positioned against each other until the amount of them fill the space between the two PCB holes which will be welded.
Copper wire of 16 AWG or about 1.3 mm may be used.

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.
Mounting friend Bilbon.
Soon we will have news. I'm just waiting for a PCB prototype is ready to perform some deeper tests, an amplifier with complementary MOSFETs operating with drivers (hexfets require), previously tested with a superb sound and an absurd power:
Fourier into 4 ohms (400W):
I am planning to operation of physical tests with it in 2 ohms before posting the files on a particular topic, so that there are no "doubts" about the project, as there was with the Debunker before being posted videos ...
So I can conclude, I will open a specific topic him and put all PDFs and Gerbers.
