DC Offset question

I recently ramped up a ROTEL amp that's been sitting for a while and while cranking up the variac noticed the 75mvDC riding on
0.32mvAC
Power down, 525mvDC

Any feedback would be appreciated

are not covered by manufacturer's specs.

Did you have a load on it?

No Load
Variac to 120VAC and measured AC+DC
At least no pops!
