DC DC coverter cuircits or kits?

Has eyone done a cuircit for a DC DC converter like 12v-2x35v or can i buy kits for one anywhere?

No kits known by me, But Dutch Elektor has published a cuk converter, 20-45Vin, 0-100Vout.

Maybe they have the same published in English... Check on january edition 2005.
