My only gripe is that they didnt explain that they going to do on the new board, not much transparency there.
also until today i still not sure if DC voltage output at the speaker terminals are normal when playing low frequencies.

just a quick update , with the new control board it seems to have fixed 90% of the issue , there are still couple of tracks still trip the protection at higher volumes(around 95db measured from seating position) . getting them to test the track and see what they find.

typo , from my listening position(2.5 meters away) is around 85db , not 95.
Possibly infra-low frequencies. Try to include a film capacitor (1 μF) at the input.
