Check Q4, Q5 and Q6 on the driver board.

If there is no problem there, include the part number on the PS driver board in your next post.

Pulled the power supply driver board .

Wondering if this is normal from factory or the pads got lifted and C3 is missing

C3 is the reason for no delay. That cap and R5 are responsible for the delay. Without the cap, the voltage rises instantly.

The power supply driver board had other issues besides C3 missing .

Since there was no delay at startup could that also cause the outputs to blow ?

Not having a delay for the relays isn't likely to cause the outputs to fail.

What would would cause the outputs besides driver ic’s to keep blowing up in this amp?

Never mind . I must have gotten a bad batch of driver ic’s .

I replaced them with new drivers ic’s from a different company and the amp works fine now
