One of our regulars is Michael Chua, who seems to have done quite a few Dayton RS-180s projects. This is the shielded version, but can't be much different:
Raven – Dayton RS-180s with Peerless XT25TG30-04 – AmpsLab
There are two versions of the XT25. The double-magnet and louder 60 is considered better than the 30.

Michael will send you a schematic if you PM him. I would think the box is a moveable feast.
I noticed that the XT25's on the way are the 8ohm version(and the 30 version), I'm sure that means some filter re-design, but I don't really know how. The last speakers I built was over 10 years ago and OB with Dayton 15" IB, RS180S-8 and B&G Neo8.
Now I have a 3yo and OB's aren't really suitable for curious fingers, that and one of the Neo8's developed a humm, I know it's the driver as I swapped channels and filter parts.
Anyone with tips on speaker design software for Linux? Using Win10 on the desktop...but I really prefer working in GNU/Linux and preferably without the need for wine.
I've not seen any 8 ohm TG30s. Are you sure? In fact, I've not seen any 8 ohm ring tweeters in the XT25/19 lineup.

Well that's because I am not sure these are made by Vifa.
Found them on fleabay to maybe upgrade the rather cheap bookshelve speakers I have now. Then, later I figured I had the drivers in my dipole speakers.
These are the ones (if they are complete junk, I didn't lose too much money).
And I can probably still use them for the original purpose and get other tweeters for my RS180-8S.

Yeah- those might be an OEM for the David Louis company. Hard to tell if they were made by Vifa/Peerless or not.
