As the title suggests I am trying to build this clone as dual mono construction. I am using 2 toroidals, 2 rectifier boards.
However after wiring everything up I get sound from one channel only.😡
I can use either side as mono, but when I try to use both sides I get sound from one speaker and just loud hum from other. 😕😱
I enclose pictures of parts I am using and a hand drawn picture of how I have wired everything.
I do not understand if I have to
1- Join ground of 2 capacitor boards (ref A on my diagram)
2- Join Ground at amplifier signal input (Ref B on my diagram)
3- Join Ground at amplifier signal output (Ref C on my diagram)
or
Join all above 3 ground points to a single point?
Please guide me , I do not want to blow it all up. It is more than 550£ in parts excluding a case. 😱
Many Thanks in advance

Ad1) No
Ad2) No, they are already connected at signal source
Ad3) No
Ad4) No
A lot of no as you have full dual mono amps starting from transformers and up. Check connection from signal ground to power ground on each amp.

Thank you so much, you are spot on, there was a damaged connection, now sorted. I appreciate your help.

I'm wondering where did you find the PCB for four capacitors drmaftoon ?
I'm looking for DIY kit on Aliexpress, Ebay and Taobao. Taobao is the closest I get, but DIY kits usually have these boards:
??????? ????? ??? ?????? ???????-???
What else did you buy for your build and where? Looks like the Amps are for NHB-458, right?

HI, I purchased the board from ebay
Diode Rectifier Filter Plate Power Supply Filter Board PCB fit 35mm 8 Capacitors 699949556817 | eBay
I populated the boards with 22000uf capacitors. Original amplifier uses 6x 22000uf 63v capacitors per channel, I used 8 as I had extra capacitors.
