Daphile (LMS) and Squeezelite help needed

I understand... I have the 512 models and aren't wav files larger than flac? I really have no use for those old ones as servers, I just thought it was interesting that it runs.

Not quite the original 256MB model, but the slightly newer 512MB model.

There are a few conditions though, I only use WAV files, I don't sync players, I don't upsample and I don't expect the LMS web interface to be blindly fast. Rescanning take 45 minutes.

"I" find it perfectly useable YMMV.

I recently installed LMS in a jail on FreeNAS and used a Pi2, PCP, as the Squeezelite client. Listening now.

Apart from the slight buzz when not playing from the Pi's audio output, no difference. I will get a USB DAC or, maybe, finish the AMB DAC I started building about five years ago.
