Just asking because in my Squeezebox touch days there were settings one could adjust which did to my ears change and improve the sound.

Is there any way to get daphile to play ts audio files. I record bbc radio3 on a humax foxsat hdr and it gives out ts files but daphile doesnt recognise them.
Or what should I convert them to, losslessly if at all possible.

I'm sorry I can't help you, without pics of Daphile settings & the hw used it's not possible help you.
Have you used Foobar2000 converter? It's easy just push right button of mouser and appears the window.

The latest dec 8th version has this capability, but... the new version of Daphile with pcm last night and media server crashed a few times requiring a complete reboot once. Previous version never crashed.

Not yet. If more tracks are added to a playlist, the RAM button needs to "pushed" again. To work properly, Daphile would need to load and unload tracks from memory as the playlist progresses. For a large playlist, it will not be possible to keep everything in memory.

Yes I would like to record the stream from mainly the radio stations, so a player that could do this would be usefull.
