I managed to scrap off a little bit of the green coating of a 0R2 3W resistor, at the corner of its body. A mm^2 of the metal body is visible.
Scrap the part or is it possibly still good?

As long as you scratched paint on the end metal cap, no big deal.
Scratching the actual track might be different, depending on depth.

I’d be more concerned if it was a delicate , much smaller wattage thing.
A 3watter ….. it’ll be fine
