Sometime there are references to commercial product but promote a clone is considered a bad action.

No problem at all if he can continue with production. What I don't want is: couple of months down the road, because of IP, this to be a problem.

having difficulty understanding, Is this DAC a cloned product, I thought it was audiodesign and Quanghao that came up with it together.

Want to correctly support intelectual property as well as diyaudio community. Please let me know as I am interested in one of the DACs if anyone from the group buy list drops out.

That is correct. I don't know the exact details, but his "lock-out" is unrelated to his work on this DAC.

The op-amp output stage of this DAC use 2 x dual op-amp for each channel.

I have used a dual OPA627 module as first and OPA2134 like second.

Otherwise you can use 4 x OPA2134 or any other dual op-amp.
