D600K and B631K replacements.

Does anyone know where I might find these or equivalent.
The amplifier is a Sundown Salt-6

Can TIP32C or MJE3055T be used for B631K?
and KTD600K-Y or 2SD600K) for D600K

What would be a good combo?

You don't need high voltage transistors in the PS drive. The BD139 and BD140 have been good for PS drivers. The TTA004B and the TTC004B should be a good subs for higher voltage, high-speed drivers. They're in short supply but available.
