Hi Patriz,
can I ask you if it was you who opened the box that contains all the valves?
If it wasn't you, do all the individual boxes of the D3A always have a cross drawn on them? I ask you because generally the cross was drawn when the tubes were with non-standard values.

Yes monotube2 you are right!! If the each tube box have cross on them, than this tubes have not passed the test!! The values are not standard and this can be 20-30% of correct standard values. I buy in past about 20 such a tubes and I could only match two good pairs. So buy more to have good options for matching.😉
Is the price 0.5 Euro per pair OR 50 Euro per pair.
I wanted to buy 2 pairs yesterday morning but then I realized it’s most probably 50 Euro per pair and not 0.5 Euro per pair
Please confirm, this is confusing.
Thanks
Eric

I guess it's the second one, I have this doubt as well but given the prices around for them they would be gifted away
Sorry for the confusion, price is 50euro for three tubes. The dot hasn't to be there. This confused some of you even if most got it the right way.
I found the box the same as you see in the picture many years ago. I used some of them in a preamp and amp and they worked without issue

Equipment subject to planned maintenance would have the tubes swapped out and sometimes retained in the new cartons and marked as such. It is unusual to see a Siemens master pack opened 'upside down' like this, the condition of the pins can be another indicator, and as always - the price. Of course they may also be 100% new in box ;-)Yes monotube2 you are right!! If the each tube box have cross on them, than this tubes have not passed the test!!
