D337 info

[Hexhclass]

hi all
I am trying to find a replacement for the transistor D733 TO92.The transistor has a capital F at the top which i think is from farchild but i can not get any info on it.

D337 or D733? What's actually on it?

My guesses:
D337:

Actually a regulator equivalent to LM337
An equivalent transistor to BC337

D733:

Equivalent transistor to the previously common 2SA733

One of my first guesses given the part number was 2SD733 but very unlikely for someone to house one in a TO-92 given the specs.

Knowing where it is would give more clues.

It is used in the power supply of a car amplifier.

i guess it's mosfet driver transistors since you mentioned power supply..

it seems fine to replace it w/ any 2SD or 2SC transistors..
