D1 DAC from Pass 20 KHz filter?

From looking at the D1 DAC manual from Pass, I saw that the frequency range is only 20Khz. Is the output filter set at 20 Khz?

I want to use half of it for my Dac output but I need it to filter at 40 Khz because I am using an upsampler at 96 Khz. Anybody have any ideas?

Recalculate the caps/resistors that form the filter perhaps ?

I am not sure which the filter is and how I can calculate it. There are only two capacitors.
