I would like to build a basic compression pedal for a bass !

Is it feasible ?

If so , can you recommend a schematic , or How To video ?

I use this circuit with my guitar and I just love it. At the right settings it brings the harmonics up for a rich complex sound, I am drooling thinking about the squish!!
