Not about all versions there are datasheets:
CXD2500AQ Datasheet pdf - CD DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSOR - SONY
http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheets/700/199758_DS.pdf
Details and datasheet on part: CXD2500Q
Who knows the exactly differences between all versions of this cd digital signal processor?
And what about interchanging of this versions?
The CXD2500AQ I have found e. g. in Sony CDP-195 and CDP-395
And the CXD2500Q I have found in follow models:
Kenwood DP-4030/DP-5030 and Pioneer PD-4500/PD-4550
I haven't discover significant differences by schematics. But perhaps I have overlooked some details.

I would say that the CXD2500x, CXD2500Ax and CXD2500Bx are different revisions, whether they are functionally equivalent or not is a good question.
The Q and QZ suffixes will refer to package type, where Q is regular quad flat pack and QZ almost the same, but intended for upside down mounting that some Japanese manufacturers use where the IC is mounted into a hole cut in the PCB, see picture.
