Aren't both 3P00? Hard to see from the picture, have you measured them?
As for their purpose, we'll need a schematic.

No there different, 3P00 and 3R00 and they are burnt cant get any reading. There are across a, STPS20L15D diode which where also burnt.
The diodes are in series with the main DC supply, one each for Plus and Minus DC supply. So
I guess these are reverse voltage protection diodes?

I am quite sure that both are 3R00, parallelled as current shunts of some power MOSFET of some SMPS. Just a piece of line is missing, makes an R to a P, what do you think?
Hi,
The package looks like a resistor package, and given that the area burnt could contain the leg of a letter "R", then it is highly probable that they are resistors. Google images show a similar devices with the font of the SMD part in the picture, indicating it is a letter "R".

Shadders.

Hi, so after check with another known good board, it is 3R00 both of them a parrell across the diode.I am quite sure that both are 3R00, parallelled as current shunts of some power MOSFET of some SMPS. Just a piece of line is missing, makes an R to a P, what do you think?
