I would like to cut a gasket to size (inner circle and outer circle) in leatherette or foam to cover the face of a dynaaudio tweeter. This is to reduce slight sibilance.
Does anyone know of a gasket manufacturer in uk or europe who will cur to size? I also need to stick the gasket to the tweeter face firmly but be able to remove it for resale.
Any suggestion? The type of felt 'lens' they sell are no good as they have too drastic an effect.🙂

I used 1/8 black neoprene. It seems to work well and it's easy to cut (with blade and template).

You should do OK with a scalpel (new blade) and a guide of some sort. If you get into trouble mail me and I'll sort out something. (I make the cutters for a living)

Gasket circle cutters are not expensive tools, alternate mount a blade on home-made trammel.

How do you glue it properly knowing it's going to be removable?

Can you please give me the source for cutters?

Look in the yellow pages under die-makers, or cutting formes suppliers. If you seriously want to buy one then I'd guesstimate around £20 - £30 for a tool, and reckon on asking them to cut it if they have a small press at their premises.
That's why I suggested the scalpel route.....

x-acto or olfa make blade-holding compasses, they might do the trick.
around here one can find small (6"x6") sheets of gasket material - rubber, cork, etc. - at a good hardware store. anyplace that sells lots of plumbing or hvac supplies ought to have that stuff.
for removable adhesive, the only things i can think of are double-sided tape, or rubber cement. and i dunno if rubber cement actually works on, uh, rubber.
