Cutout driver frame

Hi all,
I want to mount a driver (Fostex FF125WK) flush, so need to make a 4 mm deep cutout following the shape of the driver frame. See attached picture.

The enclosure is going to be cut with CNC, following a CAD drawing

Any tip how can I make the exact shape in Illustrator ? So that an accurate and smooth shape can be cut with CNC?

Ok, it took some time for trial & error, but I managed to do it.

If anyone needs the .ai file, let me know.
