Howdy Howdy,
For almost 2 years I have been working on a few Class-AB amps for a home theater, I have been putting them through their paces and everything works really well to my own surprise. Didn't make a Nokia 310 ripoff.
I have finally decided to work on some speakers but the drivers I have opted for will either work well with my planned design or it will cave in from cabin pressure.
So more of a meterial sort of thing but considering 12-16mm thick MDF and might do a sandwich with marine ply. If need be I can send the rough design files I made up in fusion 360.

Greets!
OK, not sure if there's a question or.......? So all I'm going to point out is there's no such thing as too rigid a cab, just a point of diminishing returns, so WRT a MDF Vs marine ply panel's stiffness (MOE): https://www.diyaudio.com/community/threads/what-mdf-thickness-is-acceptable.39991/post-464294

2 Way crossover. 2x 6.5 Inch 44hz - 7khz woofers at 60 watt RMS (120 PtP), and a titanium dome tweeter 2khz - 20khz all at 8 Ohms. Might go 3 way on center channel

I suspect people who can give you a good answer would want to know the specifics about which speakers.
These midwoofers will make a good 2-way, or 2.5-way but with a different HF driver. Something like a 3 inch Vifa FR, or TB, or Mark Audio crossed low at around 500 Hz.
Simple XO, preferably Series, and you'll be laughing.
Forget about the tweeter, IMHO not worth the effort.
Or another option, a 3-way MTM with one of SB Acoustic's 4 inch coaxials (WES sells them), it will be like a poor man's KEF and still sound pretty good.
More involved in the XO, but worth it.

Correct. The post is a statement but I thought some opinions on suitability of the speakers chosen may be useful. Personally I would also wonder what rears need to offer in terms of performance.Answer to what question?
