Custom enclosures

If anyone is interested in or in need of enclosures for their projects, let me know and I can help. This one was done with 1/4in 6160 aircraft aluminum in a 3U rack - the front can be blank like this one (designing the faceplate now) or I can have it completed however you would like and finished (powder coating, polished, etc). I am designing some handles soon and once the machine is programmed I will have solid prices per piece. I can ship with or without IEC power inlet, binding posts, XLR, switch and inline fuse and have Furutech and Cardas parts in stock. I can also provide the heat sinks - currently using Aavid however I am looking at other sources for better pricing. All enclosures are machined by CNC - after buying off the shelf enclosures and disappointed in the quality as well as the additional cost of cutting and machining them, I purchased some sheet metal and hit the CNC shop. The total cost of the first unit was obviously the most expensive because the machine needed to be programmed but I still considered the total cost to be very fair...well now the machine is programmed, per piece pricing is lower, turn time is FAST and quality is exceptional. I don't know why the pictures posted sideways so apologize for the stiff neck. If you want one or several shoot me a PM with your design details and I can have you a quote by Monday. I may have a few standard sizes done and run for inventory where I can post pricing depending on what is the most common sizes needed and offer lower costs by ordering quantities rather then small custom runs. I think 3U and 5U models for power amps would be most popular and 2U for preamps but I am not sure of the lengths. Any guidance in the depth of the cases would be greatly appreciated.
