Thank You , Thank You. They are completely disassembled at the moment.Typical DIY syndrome Actually the photos make them look better finished than they are. To fix this I just got two sheets of veneer at www.tapeease.com. The just roll it up in a box 4'x10"x10" and ship it. Got the recommendation about them online here. I got the wood backed 2 ply stuff which is about $75 a 4'x8' sheet for the African ribbon Mahagony, but they claim it's pretty easy to use. Have also made a bigger top baffle for lower midrange, but it doesn't look as cool :
