fcel, Elma is a switch without resistors. You don't have to calculate the values, just use the ones from Pass D1.
Current source voltage reference

The voltage reference for the curent source is five green LEDs in series. 5x1.8 volts gives 9.9 volts. These are biased by a 100k resistor to ground. Sorry for the confusion as the schematic was a Spice simulation drawing that I didn't redraw for exact parts.
