I am desperately after the following current reg diodes to complete my AMB headphone amp. I can get them from Mouser, but the postage for such a small item is huge!!

1N5313 or 1N5314 X 1
any help with either where I can get them for cheap or if anyone have any please.

There may be other types that can do a similar job, that is close enough to enable the circuit to work.
A jFET wired g-s acts as a current regulating diode. Adding a low value resistor to the source lead makes it's output current adjustable, downwards.
I have matched pairs of ~3mA current diodes for a Krell Klone KSA100 lying in stock.

2.2mA or 2.4mA according to me specs for the 5306 / 5307
4.3mA or 4.7mA for the 5313 / 5314
How was the Krell Clone, that was something that I was looking into doing at a later stage. The headphone amp is kind of my learning curve.
