update... allot accomplished... a ton more to do... I need to lay a few layers of glass on the tansition pieces... then once that is done then off to the baffles "Still need to get the water proof panel board!!"... the front of the enclosures will have a large radius transition to the speaker baffles..
pieces mounted to create the tranistion from the enclosures to the back piece.

there will be a piece that I mold under the midbass cabinet that will mimic the back piece in shape as well as incorporate a hole to continue the theme.. it will be plenty after that.. you can tip it forward and it still wants to go back to resting place..

the grill cloth is the mould for fiberglass or some kind?

G'day trusound,
I'm wondering if the circular baffles will create diffraction issues.
Any thoughts?
Cheers,
Alex

the grill cloth is used to creat the shapes..I then coated it with fiberglass resin.. I'll let it cure for a few days and then I'll do a few layers of fiberglass... then duraglass... the rage gold body filler.. then primer
thanks again for the comments

I shouldn't see any issues once finished... keep in mind that the speakers will not mount to the baffles or holes in the pics... I still have to make the the transition pieces and use the same technique with the grill cloth/fiberglass etc...
each encosures shape will be more the a sphere/egg once finished
