Current mirror using N-MOS 75N75

Hi,
I am using a module of 75N75 NMOS modules using the embedded circuit , the RE is 5 Ohm and VDD is 12 V, but changing supply voltage changes the Isink current as measured by voltmerer across the 12 volt 100 watt bulb as targert load.

My question is thatl is the current regulation for variable load in the mirror leg or the mirror leg also maintains the same current regardless of supply voltage variations,

if former is true then in my case the Iref is 2A via a 5 ohm Rref , if 2A is constant as Io then if i change load to 20 Ohm, voltage drop across it would be 2x20=40 volts which is >> VDD , how is it possible ?
