Before ordering a new PCB, i ask myself again- How much easy would be possible to detect saturation process, if use PCB coil (10-20 turns) under the RM14(gaped) based output L? Wrong? I like this idea.

You mean in series with it and not like a transformer.. sure, sounds neat.
Chris, no, rather transformer yet.
The idea is: RM14 with usual coil inside, the flux closed inside also if core aren't saturated (<30A), and microcontroller see almost nothing from the PCB coil, which is placed under RM14 (very close). If current riched 30A and more, core of the RM14 saturated and will give strait flux outside, hence saturation process will be detected, as notable voltage increasing on the PCB coil..microcontroller shootdown etc.
