I'm in the possess of planning a HT set-up for our bedroom and I'm thinking about using the CSS FR125S. I'd like to build the cabinets as narrow and slim as possible and maybe a 10 degree tilt on the baffle so I can mount them right into the corners of the room. How slim and narrow can I get away with?
The receiver puts out 130 watts x 5. I don't think the drivers will ever see full power but on some occasions...who knows? Would it be better to use 2 drivers in a 14 liter enclosure? Should I get the 4, 8, or 16 ohm version?

As far as I know there is only an 8 ohm version, which would be the right one anyway, if you did have the choice.
Are you using a sub? That will take a bunch of load off the FRs and allow for higher SPLs. 130watts per channel is a whole lot and they certainly won't handle that, but then neither will your ears. Just don't turn the volume too high and you'll be fine. Generally, underpowered amps are more of a problem due to clipping if over-driven.
If you are planning on putting them in the corners, then how about a triangular (picture a square cut diagonally in half) cross section. I'd probably shoot for a volume of about 10 litres, sealed. Or, if you aren't using a sub, then go ported, or a mass-loaded quarter wave design of some sort (do a search for MLTL).

Oh, and about the two drivers in one box, it will cause comb filtering effects at higher frequencies, so is to be avoided. That is if both drivers are on the front baffle, if you go bipole (one front, one rear), then that's a whole other story...

That would certainly be nice but this system is for our bedroom and there is just not enough space 🙁

YMMV but I get too much midbass boom with 10L sealed, even pulled out 6 ft. from front wall. Only 2.5 ft. from side walls as room is only 11.5 ft. wide, but 26.5 ft. long.
I'm thinking of going aperiodic, the person I bought the FR125s from included a pair of Scanvents to use. I think I will build a 13L box too as many have said that works well.
I'm interested in what you come up with as I also plan to use the FR125s in a small HT with sub. Will use 30 watt JVC EX-A1 with it's subout.

I'd be very interested in your findings...just curious, have to tried placeing them directly into the corners of the room? This is my plan. I wonder what would happen?

Well, just for a quick test I put them on 26" stools in the corners. It actually sounded pretty good as all the reflection from walls gave some missing sparkle to the mids (which out in the room are resessed). And the mid bass/bass wasn't any more exaggerated like I thought it would be - maybe because the mids level was raised.
Imaging was of course fairly flat on the front wall so I missed the depth i get normally. But again the fr is better, because of my untreated walls imo.
Good call, I may go this way with these drivers. But I'm working on bass traps for those corners. I'd hope when I put them on either side of tv, just 2' out from front wall they'll still have much of this improved midrange response. I'll see later.
